Brookview Farm is a grass-fed and grass finished beef cattle operation located in Manakin-Sabot, VA. The Fisher family has owned and operated Brookview Farm for over 30 years.
Our herd’s diet of grasses and clover produces meat high in protein and anti-oxidants. We utilize sustainable practices such as rotational grazing, which allows the cattle to do what comes naturally… graze and move. We also exclude any creeks and streams from our grazing pastures. By doing so, the Chesapeake Bay is protected from nutrient and sediment run off.
