Farm Market
About UsAbout_Us.html

Our market is well stocked with all your favorite cuts of beef.  For convenience, we have added hamburger patties.  Some of you have asked about flank steaks, and we just want you to know we have a few in the freezer now.  When you have one of those days you just come home and say, "Brrr...," how about a warm bowl of chili or beef stew made with our organic, lean grass-fed beef.  This is a healthy way to warm your tummy when it is cold outside.

Did you know that the Brookview honey actually comes from bees raised on the farm?  Our beekeeper, Alfredo Neuman, produces the honey from hives located next to our garden.  Our honey is one of the most popular items; and it is nice to know that it not only tastes great, but it is also good for your body in so many different ways.  There is nothing better than Brookview honey in a warm cup of tea or spread on a peanut butter sandwich. The honey is available raw, whipped or in the comb for $7.00/lb.

In addition to these items, you might enjoy a walk to the chickens to collect fresh eggs, visit the garden, or chat with the cows.
